Please be aware that international adoption is ever changing, meaning that program qualifications as well as regulations can change overnight.  As a coach, we strive to keep ourselves informed of any changes if they occur, so that we can keep you informed. The point to be understood is that programs are subject to change including eligibility requirements, documents, timelines and fees.
